General
1. Our website services do not include content creation. Owais Media can assist with content creation at an additional cost. All content is to be provided by the Client before the web design can commence. Owais Media will information the client on what type of content is required for the website.
2. Owais Media is not responsible for any of the Client’s data or infrastructure including computers and internet connections.
3. Once a website has been built, the Client has two rounds of revisions to make final adjustments. Additional revisions after the second revision will be charged at R350 per hour.
4. The customer takes responsibility for the content on their website.
5. The Client commits to supply all content for website to Owais Media within 14 days of the initial or deposit invoice, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Stock images, footage and music remain the property of Owais Media as per license agreements with suppliers
7. Owais Media will not disclose to any third parties or make use of information communicated to them in confidence by the Client.
8. Orders and agreements are subject to the laws of South Africa.
9. Owais Media, for the purposes of marketing, will add a ‘Powered by Owais Media’ or a “Built and Managed by Owais Media’ link in the footer of the website. The 50% discount for this link has already been applied to the quoted prices and pricing on the website.

Managed Websites
1. All new websites will be on month to month basis with no long term contracts in place. The service can then be canceled with a one months’ notice. All future payments by the client will then be stopped immediately
2. A Free co.za domain will be registered only after the first payment is received.
3. All invoices are to be paid within 7 days of invoice date.
4. Unpaid invoices for more than 30 days will result in suspension of service of the
website. The website will then be unsuspended once payment is made.
5. Hosting and domain services are provided free with our managed websites.
6. All new updates for the website eg content or image changes will be done between 2 to 7 working days. There is a queuing system that we follow. It works on a first come, first serve basis.

One Page Website:
1. The Pages are limited to 1 page
2. Free co.za domain
3. 1 Email account
4. The one page website price is R299 per month with a once off website design and set up fee of R750
5. No content or image updates on this package
6. There will be a charge of R350 per hour for image or content updates

5 Page Website
1. The Pages are limited to 5 pages (Home, About Us, Services, Faq, Contact)
2. Free co.za domain
3. 5 Email accounts
4. 1 online contact form
5. Whatsapp integration
6. Facebook page link up
7. Instagram page link up
8. 1 hour monthly updates eg content or image changes. Anything over 1 hour will be charged at R350 per hour
9. The 5 page website price is R399 per month with a once off website design and set up fee of R1500

Online Store
1. The Pages are limited to 10 pages (Home, About Us, Services, Faq, Contact, etc)
2. Free co.za domain
3. 7 Email accounts
4. 1 online contact form
5. Whatsapp integration
6. Facebook page link up
7. Instagram page link up
8. 1 hour monthly updates eg content or image changes. Anything over 1 hour will be charged at R350 per hour
9. Payfast payment gateway integration. Assistance with setting up the Payfast account
10. Unlimited products can be added via the backend of the website by the user. Owais Media will issue the user the login details with a video tutorial on how to load the products.
11. Owais Media will add the first 20 products only. The user will need to add the balance.
12. Owais media will set up all the product categories.
13. The online store website price is R599 per month with a once off website design and set up fee of R2500

Communications
1. Our preferred method of communication is email or telephone.
2. Should the Client require a meeting at their premises or a meeting place, this will be charged at an additional call out fee of R350.

Business Hours
1. Owais Media operates strictly between the below business hours only. Calls or enquiries will not be attended to out of the business hours.
2. Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm
3. Saturday, Sunday & public holidays are closed

Email Management
1. The storage space for emails forms a part of the total hosting storage.
2. Owais Media is not responsible for setting up email accounts or any IT work on Client’s computers.
3. Owais Media uses Webmail for there email accounts. All email account will be set up and emailed to the client with instructions on how to view it.
4. Clients are required to manage their email accounts so that their mailboxes do not become full. Full mailboxes will result in emails no longer being delivered.
5. Spamming and send phishing or any other fraudulent or illegal emails is not permitted.

Payments
1. Once the website design order has been placed by the Client, an invoice will be sent to the Client.
2. Setup and design will only begin once the once off website design fee has been received.
3. Managed website invoices are sent out monthly on the same day of the month as the order.
4. All deposits and subscription payments are to be paid in advance and are non-refundable. Payments are due 7 days from invoicing.
5. Payments can be made via EFT or via our Payfast account which is our first preference. Owais Media will create a Payfast payment link and email to the client. The client will then need to enter their bank card details. The clients bank card has to be activated for online banking in order to use Payfast. 4. Your sensitive financial information (like credit/debit card details) is never sent to the people you pay! So you can send money without sending your financial information! So you don’t need to worry about paying people you don’t know.
5. We make use of 3D Secure to further enhance the security of credit card transactions on PayFast.
