General
1. Our website services do not include content creation. Owais Media can assist with content creation at an additional cost. All content is to be provided by the Client before the web design can commence. Owais Media will inform the client on what type of content is required for the website.
2. Owais Media is not responsible for any of the Client’s data or infrastructure including computers and internet connections.
3. The customer takes responsibility for the content on their website.
4. The Client commits to supply all content for website to Owais Media within 14 days of the initial or deposit invoice, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Stock images, footage and music remain the property of Owais Media as per license agreements with suppliers
6. Owais Media will not disclose to any third parties or make use of information communicated to them in confidence by the Client.
7. Orders and agreements are subject to the laws of South Africa.
8. Owais Media, for the purposes of marketing, will add a ‘Powered by Owais Media’ or a “Built and Managed by Owais Media’ link in the footer of the website. The 50% discount for this link has already been applied to the quoted prices and pricing on the website.

Managed Websites
1. All new websites will be on a week to week basis with no contracts in place. 
2. A Free co.za domain will be registered only after the first payment is received.
3. All invoices are to be paid within 3 days of invoice date.
4. Unpaid invoices for more than 4 days will result in suspension of service of the
website. The website will then be unsuspended once payment is made.
5. Hosting and domain services are provided free with our managed websites.
6. All new updates for the website eg content or image changes will be done between 2 to 7 working days. There is a queuing system that we follow. It works on a first come, first serve basis.

Communications
1. Our preferred method of communication is email or telephone.
3. Owais Media operates strictly between the below business hours only. Calls or enquiries will not be attended to out of the business hours.
4. Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm
5. Saturday, Sunday & public holidays are closed
7. Owais Media is not responsible for setting up email accounts or any IT work on Client’s computers or mobile phones.
8. All email accounts will be set up and emailed to the client with instructions on how to set it up on there pc or mobile phone
9. Clients are required to manage their email accounts so that their mailboxes do not become full. Full mailboxes will result in emails no longer being delivered.
10. Spamming and send phishing or any other fraudulent or illegal emails is not permitted.

Duration and termination of the subscription

1. Once the website design order has been placed by the Client, an invoice will be sent to the Client.

2. Setup and design will only begin once the first payment is received.

3. Invoices are sent out monthly on the same day of the month as the order.
4. All deposits and subscription payments are to be paid in advance and are non-refundable. Payments are due within 3 days from invoicing.
5. Payments can be made via EFT or via our Payfast account which is our first preference. Owais Media will create a Payfast payment link and email to the client. The client will then need to enter their bank card details. The clients bank card has to be activated for online banking in order to use Payfast. 6.The monthly annual subscription runs from the date on a month to month basis.
7. The monthly annual subscription may be terminated by email to info@owaismedia.co.za one month before the expiry of the subscription.

Payfast Online Payment Gateway
1. Is PayFast secure? Absolutely! And often more so than many other payment methods!
2. PayFast is PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider (the highest level).
3. PayFast is developed with the same demands on security and performance as web sites used for banking services and share trading. Your account login, personal details, and all money transactions are secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology with high security 256 bit encryption.
4. Your sensitive financial information (like credit/debit card details) is never sent to the people you pay! So you can send money without sending your financial information! So you don’t need to worry about paying people you don’t know.
5. We make use of 3D Secure to further enhance the security of credit card transactions on PayFast.

Price and payment terms
1. Owais Media will not be responsible for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims of the Customer or any third party resulting from the suspension of the Services.
